梅冰，生于1980年，中共党员，英语系教师，博士，教授，硕士生导师，河南省英语语言文学研究中心办公室主任，新西兰奥克兰大学荣誉研究员，国际计算机辅助语言教学协会会员，新西兰华人科学家协会会员，多家SSCI及SCI期刊审稿专家。近五年在CSSCI及SSCI收录期刊发表论文近20篇，出版专著2部，主持省级项目3项，获省厅级奖励6项。
